These Terms govern the use of WooZZuZZu, a pet social networking service ("Service") provided by WooZZuZZu ("Operator"), and define the rights and obligations between the Operator and members.
① "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service through Google or other supported sign-in methods.
② "Content" means photos, videos, text, and other information posted by members.
③ "Woo" means the positive reaction feature members use on each other's content.
① These Terms take effect when posted in the app settings or on the web at api.woozzuzzu.com/legal/woozzuzzu.
② The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).
① Members may register using a Google account or other supported methods.
② Members must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
③ Children under 14 may not register without parental consent.
④ Members are responsible for safeguarding their accounts.
The Operator provides pet content sharing, feed browsing, search, Petstar, profile management, and related features. The Operator may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will provide notice of material changes when practicable.
Members must not: infringe others' rights; post illegal, obscene, or violent content; disrupt the Service; collect data or send spam through automated means; or promote animal abuse or illegal transactions.
Members retain ownership of content they post. Members grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
① Members may delete their account in Settings > Delete Account; profile, posts, and uploaded media are deleted promptly.
② Minimum records required by law (email, display name, pet summary, sign-up and deletion dates) may be retained for up to one year for dispute and abuse prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
③ The Operator may terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal violations, or operational necessity after notice where required.
The Operator is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, system failures, or disputes between members without Operator fault, except where required by law for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the Operator's principal place of business as the court of first instance.
